Our event offers a range of activities that will help you connect with the natural elements around you, including the land, sea, air, wind, rain, sun, moon, cold, heat, and, most importantly, yourself. You can choose to attend a single activity, select a combination of two, or join us for the full experience. The choice is yours!

The sauna runs from 6am to noon.

Yoga is at 7am
