Join us for our monthly beach wellbeing events where you can awaken your senses and connect with nature. 

Choose from a variety of activities that include (for now) sauna, yoga, and breathwork. 

Sauna slots are available every hour starting at 5 PM.  Yoga is at 6 PM and breathwork at 8 PM. 

You can book a single activity or combine them for a complete wellness experience.

Sauna and cold dip

Escape to a world of ultimate relaxation by booking a sauna session with us! Unwind in the soothing heat of our sauna and experience the rejuvenating benefits, improve circulation, ease muscle tension, detoxify the body, and promote better sleep. Sauna starts at 5pm and runs every hour through to 9!


Join us for a truly transformative experience as we offer a deeply meditative and relaxing yoga flow immersed in the sounds of the elements at sunset. At 6PM, our expert yoga instructor will guide you through a gentle and restorative practice that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Breathwork and meditation

Join us at 8PM where we will lead you through a powerful breathwork session designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, while promoting feelings of inner peace and well-being. As you breathe in unison with the rhythmic sounds of the waves, you'll feel tensions melt away and a deep sense of relaxation take over.
