Across the morning we have yoga, breathwork and cacao ceremony in the meadow. Sauna in the woods by the stream. You can move between them or settle into just one — the whole morning is designed to feel spacious and pressure-free. Sit by the fire. Walk in the woods.

What actually happens during the morning?
You choose from yoga, breathwork, chi gong and light PT sessions. They run in short blocks so you can dip in and out as you like. Everything is optional — come for one session, or stay for the full morning around the fire.
Do I need any experience?
No experience needed. Everything is guided and hands-on. Our facilitators are skilled. You’ll be supported every step of the way and can join in as much or as little as you like.
What do I need to bring?
A mat if you have one, a warm layer, outdoor-friendly shoes (although the land is barefoot friendly!) , and a water bottle. If it’s damp, bring something to sit on. In colder months, a hat and gloves help.
Where does it take place?
On Whitby Wellbeing land near Whitby 5-7 mins South— a mix of meadow, woodland, and a stream.
Is food provided?
Yes. Breakfast is available around the fire. Porridge, bread and jams.
Is it suitable for children?
The activities are not really suitable for young kids.
What if it rains on the events?
We work with the weather. There’s always shelter, we have a teepee and some inside space...and the fire and sauna keep everyone warm. Bring waterproofs and embrace it — a bit of rain often makes the day even more memorable.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is parking but please car share if you can.
How do we choose which wellbeing activities we want?
Just join in or sit out. No drama.
Can we book a celebration weekend?
Yes — ethical hens, low-key stags, birthdays, reunions… as long as it’s respectful and in the spirit of the place, you’re welcome.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes, please. It helps me plan sessions, breakfast, and firewood.
Can I do more than one session?
Yes. Do one, do two, or do them all. The structure is loose so you can follow your energy.
Is cold water dipping part of it?
Sometimes, yes — optional, safe dips in the stream .
What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
That’s totally fine. We keep it simple, grounded, and gentle. You’ll be guided the whole way.
How long does it run?
Each session is 45 mins. The whole morning runs from 7am until 12 noon. You’re free to join and leave whenever you need to.
