UK Sacred Medicinal Mushroom Walks (Derbyshire Dales)
Sharing the knowledge on how to locate, identify and preserve the medicinal mushroom of this land safely.SOLD OUT
In these walking workshops I share what I know about how to locate and identify the medicinal mushroom of this land. You will leave this workshop with what you need and also a good understanding of: When the medicine is in season. What sort of land you will likely find the medicine on. How to correctly identify the medicine. How to avoid unwanted attention. How to preserve the medicine for the year. How to stay safe. How to get the most from the medicine. You will leave with enough knowledge to be able to gather as much of your own medicine as you need, for the rest of your life, and to share this information with friends and family.

Sharing the knowledge
My intention is to share what I know about foraging the medicine safely to bring benefits to those that need it. I have been foraging the medicine since i was about 15, I am 47 now. I have been taking people into the hills for 2 years in order to share this knowledge in a discerning way, with love honour and respect.
Schedule for the day
Meet at train station and drive to the location
We meet at the train station MATLOCK in the Derbyshire Dales (3 hrs from London) and have a short drive to the area of interest. Once we park up we will have a morning meditation with cacao and a mix of medicinal mushrooms in order to tune in and set intentions for the day.
Hills fields and mountains
The sacred walk
Once we are in a suitable location we then walk, looking for the medicine. The walk is relaxed but will be energetic as we will be in the hills and mountains. If you can walk 3-5 miles in the hills then you will be fine.
Return to the train station
Once we have had a few hours of foraging and you understand the medicine in much more detail, we return to the train stations to get our trains home.
Lift from and to station
Campervan with water, heating and cooking facilities for shelter and rest.
