Overview

We gather each month for a powerful evening of breathwork creating space to pause, reflect, and reset. Through guided breathing and the gentle energy of cacao and native power plants, we explore what we want to grow in our lives and what may be holding us back from becoming the fullest version of ourselves. These sessions offer a chance to step away from the noise of daily life, reconnect with your body, and return with clarity, calm, and renewed energy for the month ahead. Every 4th Saturday evening of the month.

Highlights

Personal Growth

Personal Growth

Breathwork supports personal growth by helping you step out of the constant mental noise and reconnect with what’s happening inside your body and mind. Conscious breathing shifts the nervous system, allowing tension, emotions and old patterns to surface and release in a safe way. In that calmer, more aware state, people often gain clarity about their habits, relationships, and the direction they want their life to move in. It’s not about forcing change, but about creating the space where insight, honesty and new perspectives can naturally emerge.

Inner and outer healing

Inner and outer healing

Slow, conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress hormones and allows the body’s natural repair processes to work more effectively. As the breath deepens, stored tension and emotions can begin to release, which often brings a sense of emotional relief and mental clarity. This inner shift can ripple outward into everyday life – improving sleep, mood, relationships and decision-making – so people not only feel different inside, but begin to live differently on the outside too.

Community

Community

Coming together for breathwork in a group creates a powerful sense of connection and shared experience. When people breathe together in the same space, barriers tend to soften and a natural feeling of trust and openness can emerge. It reminds us that we’re not alone in what we carry, and that others are also on their own journeys of growth and healing. Being held in a supportive community can make the experience feel safer and deeper, while also creating new friendships and a sense of belonging that often continues long after the session ends.

Cacao and local native plants

We begin by sharing a cup of cacao together. It’s a simple but grounding way to arrive, slow down, and settle into the space. Cacao has been used for centuries in ceremony as a gentle heart-opener, helping people drop out of the busy mind and connect more with how they actually feel. we infuse the Cacao with local native plants.

Breathwork

You’re then guided into the breathwork session. We start gently and gradually build into a deeper breathing rhythm, supported by music and simple guidance throughout. The breath does the work — helping you release tension, shift stuck energy, and become more aware of what’s going on in your body and mind.

For many people it brings a sense of clarity, emotional release, and a noticeable lift in energy. Combined with the grounding effect of the cacao and the atmosphere of the space, it creates the right conditions for a real reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Just breathe, relax, and see where the journey takes you. A 2.5-3 hour mini retreat with cacao, native plants, breathwork, and nourishing food.

Far away from the hustle of urban life, these sites are sanctuaries of serenity, inviting you to immerse yourself in the profound depths of nature.

Our destination is The Hermitage – a small cave carved into the rock face centuries ago by a hermit seeking solitude and reflection.

For this gathering we meet at Falling Foss, one of the most magical corners of the North York Moors. From the car park we take a short walk through ancient woodland, following winding paths beneath tall beech and oak trees, with the sound of the beck flowing below. As we move deeper into the valley the air cools, the forest thickens, and the sound of Falling Foss waterfall echoes through the trees.

Tucked quietly into the woodland beside the water, it is a place that naturally invites stillness and depth. Surrounded by moss-covered stone, running water and the quiet presence of the forest, it becomes a powerful space for breathwork.
