Overview
Morning on the Land is a simple, nurturing weekly wellbeing session designed to help you start your weekend feeling grounded, clear, and fully in your body. We move between the meadow, the ancient woodland, and the stream, choosing from gentle yoga, breathwork, and time in the wood-fired sauna. Nothing is compulsory — dip into one session, combine a couple, or settle in for the whole morning around the fire. The fire is our anchor, a warm, steady space to pause, chat, and reconnect between practices. The sauna is there when you want deeper heat, recovery, and that peaceful post-steam clarity. We serve a fresh organic breakfast of oats, fruit, seeds, and honey. It’s relaxed, nature-led, and accessible for all levels — a reset where you can slow down, warm up, move your body, and feel utterly human again.

Cacao Ceremony> Yoga > Breathwork / Meditation > Breakfast > Sauna in the woods.
Optional Friday evening off grid camping
No electricity or running water, just nature all around. There’s a fire, composting toilet on site and a fresh stream for washing or cooling off.
