Across the morning, you can dip into any of our movement sessions: yoga and breathwork in the ancient woodland by the stream, or a PT-style mobility and strength session for anyone who wants something a little more physical. You can move between them or settle into just one — the whole morning is designed to feel spacious and pressure-free.
