A run of wild sauna sessions across the August Bank Holiday — time to slow down, get properly warm and spend an hour by fire, water and nature.
Bank holiday weekend
August Bank Holiday is kind of perfect for sauna really. A bit more time to slow down. Get outside. Make the most of the last stretch of summer.
Hot wood-fired heat, cold sea dips, fresh air, good people, tired legs, better sleep.
August can be busy. Holidays, kids, work, travelling about, trying to squeeze everything in before summer disappears. An hour in the sauna is a chance to stop all that for a bit.
Get properly hot. Get in the sea. Sit outside. Do absolutely nothing.
It’s one of the few things that genuinely resets both body and head in the space of an hour.
We’ll be running our usual sauna sessions across the Bank Holiday weekend at our wild sauna locations along the coast and inland.
Come and get hot, get cold and finish August feeling considerably better than you started it.
and cool down outside or even in the North Sea!
Get steaming in the sauna
The contrast between the sauna and the sea will make you feel amazing!
