Why Two Towels are a Must for the Sauna Experience 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️

Let’s talk towels!

When you join us for a sauna session, we ask you to bring two towels. It’s not just a little extra prep – it’s a game-changer for your comfort and for keeping the sauna in top shape. Here’s why bringing two towels is essential for your sauna adventure:

1. One for Sitting, One for Drying

The first towel is for sitting on while you’re in the sauna. This helps you stay comfortable (the seats get hot!) while keeping things hygienic and extending the life of our beautiful wooden benches. The second towel? It’s there for that post-sauna dry-off!

2. Hygiene is Key

Sitting on a towel in the sauna keeps things clean for everyone. By creating a barrier between yourself and the bench, you’re helping ensure the space is fresh for the next person. It’s a simple step that keeps the sauna in great condition and creates a pleasant environment for all.

3. Keep It Moving

If the sauna is super busy sometimes people end up in a spot they want to swap around, .So if it is busy, after each sauna session, take your towel with you- and hang it on the pegs,  while you cool off or take a plunge. Leaving it behind on the bench blocks space for others and makes it tricky for people to move around freely. Hang your towel, so the sauna stays a smooth, welcoming place to relax.

4. Sauna Maintenance Made Simple

By using your towel to sit on, you’re actively protecting the benches from wear and tear. Our benches are built to last, but they need a little TLC from everyone who uses them. A towel barrier helps keep the wood in good condition, ensuring that the sauna feels fresh for years to come.

So, please bring two towels next time you join us. One to sit on, one to dry off with. It’s a small step that makes a big difference in your sauna experience and for others too. 🙌

See you in the sauna! 🔥
