A breath session designed to get you to the next level on your life's journey. What is it that you want to do? Are you seeking a breakthrough? Do you want to escape the 9-5 and set up your own business or service? Or learn new skills? Or do you want to travel more? Or carve out more time in the day for self-care? Or spend more time with your family? Or do you want to be more creative through art, writing or music? Or set up a community? Achieve financial freedom? Or do you want to build an off-grid home? Everything you need is already inside to make it happen. 🌟 In these sessions, we use the breath to get into a place where we can start to make it feel that you can do this and bring together all the ingredients to get you on your way. Through the breath, we create an inner environment where you will access states of clarity, identify and break down barriers, uncover solutions, and bring your vision into the world. Incorporating meditation and diverse breathwork methods, you will gain your own roadmap, energy, and drive to propel you forward, enabling you to get what you want and stay on track. This is a weekly session, and there is additional support in a Whatsapp group. Regardless of your experience level, everyone is welcome, especially beginners. Take the first step towards discovering the wisdom within and embarking on a journey of self-empowerment. 🚀

Daniel is the founder of Whitby Wellbeing, helping over 5000 people in it's first year, He is also Founder and Co Director of a sustainable software business which services 40% of the NHS. So Daniel knows how to get stuff done and will be bringing that approach into these sessions. Experienced and qualified in meditation and breathwork, Daniel will guide you through the process and help you to access those states of mind where the answers bubble to the surface. Daniel's skill is in simplifying what can be a mystifying practice.

Join me from your own space

Sign up and we then send you a link. Using your phone, tablet or computer you can join us online using the link. Join us from your own space; your bedroom, kitchen where ever is comfy..even outside in nature. Make sure there are no distractions. 


Simple breath patterns

We start by warming up with some simple breath patterns.  These  simple breath patterns help to bring you into a state of mind where you can dream what you want into existence. 



Once we are warmed up we will move into a more focussed breath work session , where we will do several sets of specific breath work protocols depending on what it is we want to achieve, is it problem solving? Or coming up with ideas? There's a breath pattern for that!



After the breath work we will come into quiet gentle meditation and start to integrate what ever it is we were moving through in the session. 


Breakthrough Breathwork is a program designed to get you moving! To help you access inner guidance to get you onto the next stage on yourr life journey by . This is done using breathing techniques to gain clarity, break down barriers, and get shit done!

No prior experience is required. Breakthrough Breathwork is suitable for all levels, including beginners. We provide guidance for each session to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

Breathwork facilitates deep introspection and relaxation, allowing individuals to access inner wisdom, stimulate creativity, and overcome mental barriers for personal growth.

There are an infinite number of breathwork protocols. The Wim Hof method is probably the most popular and is based on ancient yogic breathing practices. If the Wim Hof method is called for we can practice this method however we will explore a wide variety of breathwork patterns. 

Sessions include guided breath techniques, introspective exercises, and practical tools to help you gain clarity, identify goals, and overcome obstacles in various aspects of your life.

The frequency depends on your personal goals. Regular attendance is encouraged to build on the transformative benefits of each session and foster continuous personal development.
