What are the T&Cs?
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.
2. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £15, £30 and £45 and £60.
3. Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. So for example when exchanging a £60 gift voucher. The person may be booking the sauna for two sessions and maybe a retreat.
4. Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
5. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
6. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. Each one has a unique code.
7. In the event of any dispute, we can have a sauna and discuss but the decision of Whitby Wellbeing is final.
How does the digital voucher work?
- Choose your desired voucher.
- Make your purchase securely.
- Receive an email with the digital voucher. The emial has a link to a downloadable voucher
- Print off the digital voucher in the email and pop it in your own card and give to your lucky recipient. OR you can buy a hand printed card from us.
- The digital voucher can be redeemed by reaching out to Daniel at daniel@whitbywellbeing.com.
What is the hardcopy voucher?
You can pick up or we can send out a hard copy hand printed voucher in addition to your digital voucher.
