Overview

This is a unique experience that will take you to the edge of your comfort zone in stunning surroundings. At 6AM, we meet at a beautiful wooded location between Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. We are served Cacao to give us energy and help us drop into a relaxed state. We walk to the waterfall through the woods (bring your torch!). Once at the waterfall we will sit on blankets and have a guided meditation and breathwork session. If you feel up for it we will then take a dip into the pool beneath the waterfall. This will give you energy like you have never had! We meet at the car park at 6am. The walk is about 25 minutes there and 25 mins back. The session is for one hour. We get back to the car park for 9.15am. The walk is moderate to challenging. We will cross a river a couple of times. Trees are in the way and the rocks are slippy so you have to take care. If you have mobility issues please message me so i can explain in more detail. Sorry no dogs as this can disturb the group when in meditation.

Short trek

We meet at a beautiful wooded location not far from Whitby. There is no signal but we will send full location beforehand, We will then hike on a wooded trail for 15-20 minutes. This walk is of moderate to challenging effort.  If it has been wet recently you will need robust shoes or trainers. We cross a river a couple of times and we all help each other across- but if you have wetsuit or swimming shoes you may wish to bring them!

FAQs

To break it down, cold water therapy is an immersion process where you allow your body to spend time in cold water that’s below 58 degrees fahrenheit. This type of therapy activates the body’s natural healing abilities and helps relieve chronic illness — promoting better health and overall well-being.

Being immersed in cold water stimulates leukocytes — white blood cells that help fight off sicknesses. It also causes the lymphatic system to contract, forcing fluid through the lymph nodes. This process provides detox benefits, as well as added immunity support. By using cold water therapy as a natural remedy, you can give your body a healthy boost.
