Come with us on this breathwork and sacred plant journey to experience a truly deep healing just outside Whitby. Working with the full moon, Cacao (the great heart opener) and the power of our natural breath- we will go on a meditative journey you will not forget. Our full moon ceremonies take place deep in nature in the evening. We gather on the moors, in the woods or on the coast. We will be fully connecting with the elements. We do not announce the location until a few days before. Setting intentions is a powerful way to release your desires to the universe. The cycle of the moon is a powerful tool for intentional living. When the moon is full, it holds promise and light, illuminating what was once dark. This is the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the month to come. The full moon is a time of culmination and fruition. In the days before the full moon arrives, our energy builds and we collect information and we have forward-moving energy and momentum that's great for building things, working toward a goal, or bringing the first phases of a project to fruition. Once the full moon arrives, the decreasing moon phase begins. As the moon wanes and the light starts to dwindle, we can begin to release what's no longer working for us. It's a great time to reflect on what you've been doing or building during the previous phase while shedding anything that doesn't feel right. As the moon loses light, we can tie up any loose ends and say goodbye to what's not serving our own highest We will take a short moderate walk to the site. We will gather around the fire. I will give you an overview of the indigenous history and show you how to prepare ceremonially and also to honour and enjoy the cacao. We will then take you on a guided meditation with breathwork and intention, to help you to level up in your life. You will leave this experience feeling like you are ready for the next part of your path. You will feel energized and grounded. You will have a deeper understanding of yourself, cacao, meditation, and breathwork and how it can help you in your life.

The venues are always beautiful, raw and deep in nature.
We move the venues each month to protect the environment and to get away from any distractions.
You will be fully immersed in nature and the elements and if the clouds are clear we will see the moon rise and traverse across the sky
Trip Tips
Wrap up warm!
You will be quite still during breathwork, so cold can set in. So bring coats and blankets! It is better to be too warm than too cold.
Eat light beforehand
It is good to keep food intake to a minimum before having your cacao and doing breathwork.
Bring a torch or head torch
Depending on the time of year it can be dark. So please bring a torch or similar.
Backpack
Bring a backpack to put all your gear in so that your hands are free!
Yoga matt, cushion or blanket
Yoga matt, blanket or cushion just for comfort. We are often on ground that is already naturally comfy (sand, leaves, woodland!) but sometimes there is the odd stone or stick!
FAQs
Is your cacao “fair trade”?
Our Cacao comes from a farmers co-operative in Peru. We actually go a step beyond fair trade, and develop direct trade relationships with family farms and collectives.
What makes cacao “ceremonial”?
We consider it “ceremonial grade” if it comes from a family farm, it’s roasted over an actual wood fire, and it’s grown and produced with the intention for it to be a soul medicine to the world. The farming families have a ceremony when they plant the seeds, grow the medicine and also when they harvest it.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern.
There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energized.
