First thing's first: there's no actual bathing involved. This is a fully-clothed experience in which Helen an expert sound therapist works with the breath and various instruments to guide you into a meditative state. The different frequencies emitted by gongs, crystals and Tibetan bowls work to soothe the mind and heal the body, stimulating the brainwave frequencies associated with total relaxation and switching on the nervous system's repair mode. We fully immerse you in high vibrational sounds from the sacred gongs, bowls and drums. We start with breathwork , then we fully. immerse in the high vibrational sounds of drums bowls voice and gongs. You’ll drift into a deeply meditative theta state. This is the place where you gain access into your subconscious mind and gain clarity and peace. If you love being in nature. If you love sauna. If you love bathing in sounds and the water. If you want to detox and heal. If you want to invest in your own self care, then you will absolutely love this. Please note the sauna and other activities which happen on the same morning should be booked separately.
