Join us for inner healing and tap into the health of body, mind and spirit. Meditation and breathwork are scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, blood pressure, fatigue and even pain! The practice can also help you sleep better and strengthens your immune system and will power!! We will gather at the beach in a quiet spot. You are guided through a breathwork session, followed by a gentle meditation journey. Through meditation, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of negative feelings and instead develop positive, peaceful states of mind that will allow us to enjoy our life and become fearless in the face of life’s challenges. We will show you how to cultivate inner peace and enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. You will leave this experience feeling super chilled and grounded- and more confident in your own meditation practice. Everyone is welcome! Especially beginners!

The beautiful sheltered bay
We are located in South Bay. South bay has great shelter from the Northerly swells and depending on the wind we can move around. In North winds we are found up near the lifeboat station. In South winds we are located near the Spa Wall.

Breathwork Meditation is different from traditional meditation. It's an active breathing meditation which helps you get into a mystical state using different balances f oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body, as well as activating various mi chemical reactions.
I’ve never done Breathwork meditation before, can I still join?
Yes! Breathwork meditation is suitable for everyone!
Is this Wim Hoff breathwork?
There are an infinite number of breathwork protocols. The Wim Hof method is probably the most popular and is based on ancient yogic breathing practices. If the Wim Hof method is called for we can practice this method however we will explore a wide variety of breathwork patterns.
