Sauna and cold dip

Book from a wide spectrum of hours in the sauna. Starting at 6am and every hour until before noon.

Yoga

We offer a deeply meditative relaxing yoga flow, immersed within the sounds of the elements at sunrise. Yoga is at 8am in autumn winter. 

Breathwork and meditation

Find inner calm with meditation & breath work right on the beach. Breath work is at 7am and is a bit further up the beach.
