For cancellations we do please ask that you give us three days’ notice, this is so we can give your spot to someone else and so that we have plenty of room to move people.

We are often flat out busy before events and so we do not have time to do admin I am afraid. 

Don’t forget, you can gift the spot to someone else - a family member or a friend perhaps.


More than 3 days notice?

If cancelling with more than 3 days notice that is fine, but you will incur a £3.50 admin charge for each booking.


Booking alterations

Due to the amount of requests we get to change times of bookings we now charge £3.50 per booking for any alteration- including cancellations.  

No alterations less than 48 hours before a session sorry. 


Explaining the reasons for these guidelines

I am sorry if the above sounds a little harsh, but I was actually spending all my time sat at my desk changing people's bookings when I should have been delivering our services.  Especially in the 24 hours running up to an event I need to be sorting out the event and not doing admin. 

This isn't about squeezing every penny out of you—it's all about nudging you towards that perfect booking time right from the start.

Think of it as a gentle reminder to pause, take a deep breath, and let the wellbeing vibes guide you to the ultimate time slot.

So, let's make a pact to find that perfect sauna moment on the first try! Your body, mind, and wallet will thank you—and I will be eternally grateful!

Location alteration

To keep everyone safe sometimes we need to move the location. The backup locations are never more than a few miles away.

If we need to move the location due to bad weather, we’ll let you know at least 6 hours beforehand- it is never far from the original planned spot.

Please note we can’t accept cancellations or transfers if we move location. This is because we do everything possible to give you a similar experience, and we only move location due to safety issues; usually the wind and sea is too rough!
