Our cancellation & booking alteration policy

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to cancel or alter your plans with us.

Don’t worry, we understand.

For cancellations we do please ask that you give us three days’ notice so we can give your spot to someone else. This way we can refund your payment (minus £3.50 admin charge per booking).

The reality is, we’re a small business and wouldn’t be here if everyone cancelled last minute!

Don’t forget, you can gift the spot to someone else - a family member or a friend perhaps.

If cancelling with more than 3 days notice that is fine, but you will incur a £3.50 admin charge for each booking.

Booking alterations

Due to the amount of requests we get to change times of bookings we now charge £3.50 per booking for any alteration- including cancellations.  No alterations less than 12 hours before a session sorry. 

I was actually spending all my time sat at my desk all day changing people's bookings when I should have been delivering our services. This isn't about squeezing every penny out of you—it's all about nudging you towards that perfect booking time right from the start. Think of it as a gentle reminder to pause, take a deep breath, and let the wellbeing vibes guide you to the ultimate time slot.So, let's make a pact to find that perfect sauna moment on the first try! Location alteration

To keep everyone safe sometimes we need to move the location. The backup locations are never more than a few miles away.

If we need to move the location due to bad weather, we’ll let you know at least 6 hours beforehand- it is never far from the original planned spot.

Please note we can’t accept cancellations or transfers if we move location. This is because we do everything possible to give you a similar experience, and we only move location due to safety issues; usually the wind and sea is too rough!
