Sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to cancel your plans with us. Don't worry, we understand.

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you may need to cancel your plans with us.
Don’t worry, we understand.
But we do please ask that you give us three days’ notice so we can give your spot to someone else. This way we can refund your payment.
The reality is, we’re a small business and wouldn’t be here if everyone cancelled last minute!
So, unfortunately if you don’t give us three days’ notice and we can't find someone to fill you space, we still have to charge you.
Don’t forget, you can gift the spot to someone else - a family member or a friend perhaps.
To keep everyone safe sometimes we need to move the location. The backup locations are never more than a few miles away.
If we need to move the location due to bad weather, we’ll let you know 24 hours beforehand.
Please note we can’t accept cancellations if we move location. This is because we do everything possible to give you a similar experience, and we only move location due to safety issues; usually the wind and sea is too rough!
